ISO 27001 certification: Challenge met for BoondManager

BoondManager is a management solution used by more than 1,500 digital service companies and consulting firms.

Created in 2009, this intuitive and collaborative software is designed to facilitate the complete management of the consultants' lifecycle, from recruitment to invoicing.

Recently BoondManager made the decision to switch to ISO 27001 certification.

This standard, essential to guarantee the computer security And the conformity of the company, requires a rigorous implementation of data protection measures.

The challenge was to get through it in record time, so it's best to be well surrounded and advised. That's why the company called on Rzilient.

Enrollment of the IT fleet in record time

80 computers enrolled in 48 hours : an exploit that allowed BoondManager to quickly comply with the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard. All equipment, whether Mac or PC, has been 100% secured.

Thanks to the collaboration with Rzilient, BoondManager was able to optimize its onboarding process in an efficient and fast manner.

The need was clear: to secure the entire BoondManager IT fleet within a very tight timeframe. This is where Rzilient came up with a solution that was both simple and extremely effective.

By integrating a mobile device management system (MDM) via the Rzilient platform, we have put in place a fast and smooth enrollment process for all employees.

Once this was achieved, the Rzilient teams deployed security configurations remotely: hard drive encryption, password strengthening, and much more.

In just a few days, all 80 devices were secure and compliant with ISO 27001 standards, thus ensuring BoondManager's peace of mind.

Delivery and configuration of new computers

This collaboration did not end there. La delivery of 15 additional computers directly to the employees' homes was carried out in less than a week.

These computers, already configured with the necessary applications according to the profiles of the collaborators, allowed the company to prepare for the ISO audit in a timely manner.

Obtaining ISO 27001 certification allowed BoondManager to ensure the total security of its IT fleet. This first project, successfully completed, marks a promising start for our collaboration.
