What are the delivery times for orders?

Our usual delivery time is 10 working days. between the order on the platform and the delivery date.

This deadline takes into account the constraints in terms of procurement, pre-configuration and delivery of the equipment to the desired address.

Since the procurement and delivery phases are provided by suppliers and carriers, Rzilient has no control over possible delays on their part or any reason beyond our control.

This is why we invite you to anticipate your orders as much as possible, whether it is a renewal or the onboarding of a newcomer.

Note that shipments (excluding Paris via courier the same day) take up to 3 working days via Chronopost in France and UPS in Europe.

Emergencies that are out of time will be managed in the best effort.
