There is a 10 working days between the order on the platform and the delivery date — by default it is not possible to choose an earlier date on the platform.

This deadline takes into account the constraints in terms of procurement, pre-configuration and delivery of the equipment to the desired address.

We therefore invite you to anticipate orders as much as possible, whether it's a renewal or the onboarding of a newcomer.

Note that shipments (excluding Paris via courier the same day) take up to 72 hours via Chronopost in France and UPS in Europe.

Emergencies that are out of time will be managed in the best effort.
