How do I reassign equipment?
For security reasons, the automatic reassignment feature via the platform has been disabled.
In fact, it is necessary Make sure that a computer that is changing owners has been reset to zero before being given to someone else.

Reassignment procedure
ℹ️ For equipment (computers, tablets, smartphones) with all MDMs, except Miradore
• Contact IT support to request that an enrollment token be sent to the new computer user.
• Once the user has completed the procedure, the computer will change owner on the platform within 24 hours or after fleet synchronization. Until this user action is performed, the equipment will not be assigned to him.
Instant reassignment
ℹ️ For equipment inventoried manually, i.e. not enrolled in an MDM tool, and accessories, as well as equipment enrolled on Miradore.
Procedure specific to Miradore
• Case 1: if the computer is enrolled (on behalf of a user or stock account), reassignment is instant with Miradore MDM via the dropdown menu - tutorial below.
• Case 2: if the computer is not/no longer enrolled, contact IT support to request that an enrollment token be sent to the new computer user.
• Once the enrollment procedure is complete, the computer will change owners on the platform within 24 hours or after fleet synchronization. Until this user action is performed, the equipment will not be assigned to him.
