I can't enter my home address to complete the delivery. What to do?

Our platform uses a solution that uses Google Maps to find delivery addresses.

If the address you are using is not visible on Google Maps, an error message will appear on the platform.

To get around this limitation, add a recognized address as close as possible to the desired delivery point.

You can then specify in the following field “Additional Information” any information necessary for delivery: floor, door, building...
