Since mid-2024, we have finally been profitable every month!

We have greatly strengthened our offer this year, by introducing new service lines to meet your needs even more comprehensively:
- Some services are operated directly by Rzilient, which allows us to guarantee a unique level of excellence.
- Others are deployed in partnership with recognized experts, to maximize our impact in different regions of the world.
We have also climbed the value chain by supporting ever larger companies. Today, we know how to integrate effectively into organizations with more than 1,000 or 2,000 employees, with specific expectations and increased requirements.
And how does that translate concretely?
For the most curious, here is a small overview of the latest features introduced this year:
- Device screen improved:
- Information about assigned users that helps keep inventory organized
- Actions on equipment to be launched directly from the “device” page to maintain control even remotely
- Performance indicators to monitor the health of the equipment and receive recommendations for improvements

4. A safety score that ensures the good protection of your equipment. This new feature makes it possible to assign a cybersecurity score for all the applications concerned as well as recommendations to improve this score.

- Orders and summaries section : clearer and more intuitive navigation:
The order list includes a new column called “Items.” This allows the number of items in an order to be displayed.

The order summary has been made more appealing and now includes order status.

- Return of the ticket to facilitate your requests.

- New APIs for smoother connections and better integration.
BoondManager : to synchronize the list of your collaborators and freelancers effortlessly.
HiBob : build, manage and optimize the IT experience of employees by automatically transforming actions in HiBob into comprehensive, qualitative and secure IT services.
