The different types of deprovisioning:

• Do nothing: no action will be performed on the device

‍

• Lock the equipment: The device will be locked by a password that can be given to an administrator of your account upon request

‍

• Delete device data: the device will be completely erased and reset (our recommendation)

‍

• Unenroll MDM: the equipment will be removed from the MDM and removed from the platform (attention: you will then no longer have remote control over the machine)

⚠️ Deprovisioning actions following offboarding can take up to 2 hours to be effective.
