A single computer can only have one antivirus installed at a time.

If your company commissioned Rzilient to remotely deploy Bitdefender antivirus, the installation may have failed if your computer already had antivirus installed previously.

Please uninstall the antivirus in question for the remote installation to work. The Bitdefender antivirus should then be automatically installed on your computer.

If you need help uninstalling an antivirus on your computer, follow the tutorials below. The uninstallation procedure is similar even if your current antivirus does not match the one in the tutorial.
