We will need the following information to provide you with an estimate of the trade-in price: make, model, year, processor, RAM, RAM, storage (SSD), screen size, serial number, cosmetic condition (possible presence of scratches, etc.) and functional (battery, etc.). After receiving the computer in our offices, we will diagnose the equipment in order to verify its condition and then we will present you with a final estimate.

Points of attention

‍

- Be honest. You have everything to gain by being transparent about the aesthetic and functional state of your equipment. If the statement does not correspond to the physical audit, a discount will apply to the takeover price.

- Don't forget to include loaders and power cables upon dispatch. If you do not have them in your possession, provide a discount on the estimate provided.

- Of return costs apply if you do not accept the final proposal, up to €25 excluding VAT per returned computer.

- Before sending your machines for the physical audit, remember to take picture the boxes and write down all the serial numbers.
