In case of need of repair, it is necessary to contact our IT support via the platform chat.

Once the request has been taken into account, your equipment will be picked up by a carrier in order to be delivered to our partner repairer.

If your subscription indicates it, generic configuration loan equipment can be provided to you for the duration of the repair.
