I have a problem with the charger on my computer. What to do
Simple tests must be carried out before asking the IT department to intervene:
If it is a MacBook charger : You must do cross tests, i.e. test your charger on another MacBook with similar characteristics, and test another charger (with the same specifications) on your computer. This way, you will know if the problem is really with the charger or not.
If it is a PC charger: You need to observe whether your PC is holding the charge or not and how long it takes for this charge to empty. You should also observe the ventilation noise, and update the power drivers on the supplier page to check for anomalies.
N.B: Computers are often powered on and this can be the cause of faulty charging. Always check the light on the button Shift to see if there is power flowing through the computer or not.
