In 2013, Yousign was created with a clear ambition: to make electronic signatures accessible to all, in complete security.

Since then, the company has grown a lot. 🚀 Today, there are more than 200 “Yousigners”, divided between the offices in Caen, Paris, or working from home. With such growth and such diverse teams, IT infrastructure needed to evolve to keep pace and continue to meet everyone's needs.

So, in 2022, the Yousign teams decided to collaborate with us—and since then, Rzilient has been at the heart of their IT organization.

Together, we simplified their daily lives by taking care of every detail that makes their IT management smoother, more efficient, and more human.

During a visit to their office, our teams collected the testimony of Aurélie Faci, IT Manager at Yousign.

Onboarding sessions built on listening and personalization

At Yousign, each new employee benefits from a careful welcome, including in their handling of technological tools.

During our initial discussions, she gave us a crucial need: facilitate the purchase of computer equipment by letting employees place their order themselves.

Indeed, their integration process, although structured, became complex with the growth of the team. A way to centralize and automate the management of equipment orders was needed to save time, while maintaining a flawless experience for each newcomer.

Today, each new employee can order their equipment directly from a dedicated space, thus simplifying a process that was once time-consuming.

Aurélie told us very simply: this system changed the situation. Where buying equipment could be a tedious task for his team, it became a quick and easy reflex. And for employees, it's a successful first impression as soon as they arrive.

A tailor-made catalog, defined by the needs of the teams

From our first meetings, we worked hand in hand to build a catalog of equipment adapted to their expectations. For each of the teams, equipment was pre-selected to precisely meet the needs of the various profiles, whether developers, salespeople or managers.

Aurélie told us how this personalization made it possible to restore flexibility to their processes. Far from the generic solutions that are often proposed, this catalog has become an internal reference. Employees know that they will find reliable equipment that meets their requirements and their daily lives.

Between buying and leasing equipment, Yousign has chosen

When Yousign decided to reassess its strategy between leasing and purchasing equipment, we took the time to explore the two options together, each with its own advantages.

For several years, leasing had been a practical solution for Yousign. This model offered great flexibility by allowing:

  • renew equipment regularly, thus ensuring that employees always had the latest technology at their disposal.
  • facilitate cost management by avoiding a significant initial investment, which was a significant advantage for a growing business.
  • take advantage of ancillary services, such as maintenance or insurance, thus reducing administrative tasks for IT teams.

But over time, Aurélie and her teams realized that leasing also had some limitations. The costs accumulated over several years could become significant, especially when it came to equipping a team as large and diverse as Yousign's. In addition, dependence on the contracts of service providers sometimes limited their ability to react quickly to specific or urgent needs.

That's why they decided to go back to direct buying, a well-considered decision that was in line with their priorities. This choice allowed them to build up a stock of devices ready to be deployed as soon as a new employee arrives or when a replacement is necessary. Direct purchase also offered better control of long-term costs, by eliminating the recurring payments associated with leasing. This has not only strengthened their autonomy, but also their ability to anticipate and plan material investments according to the real needs of their teams.

Thanks to this personalized support, Yousign was able to find a balance between economic performance and operational efficiency, while continuing to offer its employees an optimal technological environment.

A complete solution and a committed partner

At Rzilient, we have designed a platform that can integrate harmoniously with the tools that Yousign uses on a daily basis.

From Google Workspace to Lucca, their HR management system, through advanced security tools like Jamf and Intune, each key tool used by Yousign teams was able to integrate seamlessly thanks to native connections and automatic synchronizations.

But beyond the technical aspect, what really impressed Aurélie was our human support. From initial set-up to daily management, our sales and technical teams worked hand in hand with them.
