This year 2021 marks the end of our first year of activity. And we are very proud of All that we have achieved !
For 2022, our desire remains unchanged: we want to develop a sector where responsible digital technology is sustainable. To do this, it is time to explain to you our wishes for commitments so that 2022 be rich in improvements and transparency.
Strong commitments to achieve a 100% responsible approach
To commit itself to a 100% eco-responsible approach, Rzilient has chosen to join forces with different partners such as Tech 4 Good Impact France or the Sustainability Club.
We are part of an approach where transparency is required and where our criteria for improvement and the points of commitment to be strengthened are visible, in particular thanks to Zei.
In order to take concrete actions and not only have nice words, we decided to use The Zei tool to measure, and above all, control our impact.
After the initial diagnostic steps, our road map is now established with alternatives and ideas to follow to improve every impact of our business.
So, in concrete terms, how do we plan to improve in 2022? Here are the actions we want to take to achieve 100% eco-responsibility.

A Responsible Digital Label in progress
In recent months, the CSR Platform has published various texts where it is recommended for businesses Ofintegrating digital technology and RNE to their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach for go even further in environmental commitments.
At Rzilient, to have an approach that is 100% in line with our desire to have an eco-responsible digital sector with a lower environmental and social impact, our ambition is toobtain the Responsible Digital Label by February 2022.
To be certified Responsible Digital, five commitment points must be respected. We explain to you the actions we are putting in place for this.
1. Strategy and governance
To be sure to have multidisciplinary follow-up of our Responsible Digital approach, we are going to create a green iT committee which is composed of one member from each department:
- iT
- Tech
- Sales
- Operations
- Communication
- CSR

2. Support for the responsible digital strategy
So that Responsible Digital become a real pillar within our company, employees are trained to the challenges of this concept.
Each person becomes an ambassador for these issues for Finding meaning in your work and convey the vision of Rzilient: raise awareness and educate, internally and externally, on responsible digital issues.
These questions fit into Rzilient's training plan so that everyone gains in competence and involvement in the company.

3. The digital services lifecycle
So that these responsible digital issues are not necessarily limited to Rzilient, we decided to make as many people as possible aware of these issues. To do this, we are looking to empowering the users of our platform with eco-friendly actions and digital best practices.
In 2022, Rzilient will ensure that awareness-raising and educational content is always more numerous. Likewise, other partnerships will be forged with responsible digital players to continue this vision of education and support on the impact of digital technology.
The challenge is to enable users to adopt a comprehensive approach of green iT by being aware of the underlying issues.
Green iT is becoming more and more popular in business., but it is important to understand these issues because this is how the digital footprint can genuinely be reduced.
This quest for improvement can be done at 360° thanks to our support on:
- the management of your equipment;
- the management of your software, applications and remote services;
- the management of your infrastructure and your data.
4. Extending its responsible digital approach
Since the impact of digital technology does not simply concern the company in its closest perimeter, it is important to raise awareness among all its stakeholders.
That is why in 2022 we are looking to encourage our employees to contribute to a project of general interest in connection with these questions via the citizen engagement platform Friday.
Each month we aim to carry out a collective mission in connection with the questions of iT for green and iT for good. All this in addition to the actions carried out in our responsible digital approach.
5. Products and services from NSEs
To obtain the Responsible Digital Label in 2022, we want to integrate these green iT questions into user feedback. The challenge is to assess the performance of our approach in order to improve the solutions and products offered.
Formalization of the CSR policy
This Responsible Digital Label would be incomplete without the strengthening of a concrete CSR policy with ambitious environmental goals. For this, rilient is based on the LUCIE 2600 reference, a practical and down-to-earth version of the ISO 26000 standard for organizations.
Our CSR policy seeks to go further by strengthening 8 very distinct points.
1. Becoming a company with a mission
In 2022, the major objective is toobtain the status of a company with a mission to formalize our commitments. To do this, we have defined:
- our vision ;
- our mission ;
- our Raison d'être.
This quality of company with a mission will make it possible to highlight our environmental and social goals to show that financial profitability is not the only thing that motivates us.
2. Establishing responsible governance
rzilient is already a member of a circular economy diagram with responsible governance. To go further, we want to make our CSR intentions known to all our stakeholders: customers, users, suppliers, employees...
As with the NR certification, everyone is involved in environmental issues.
3. Respect the rights of individuals
A good CSR approach cannot focus on environmental issues, those that affect The social component are just as important.
At Rzilient, this means increased attention to the protection of everyone's private data.

4. Have responsible relationships and working conditions
Social issues also focus on The quality of life at work employees. In 2022, one person will be dedicated to these human resources issues and will work hand in hand with the CSR and RNE manager, as well as one of the co-founders of rzilient.
Si human resources are guided by the pillars of CSR, it's because we think that happy and fulfilled employees are the key to the good health of a company.
5. Preserving the environment
To further reduce our impact, we have carried out a carbon assessment with Sami. The challenge now is to align ourselves with the Paris Agreements to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in 2022.
6. Have ethical business relationships
DerrZilient's vision is clear: we want work for the development of a digital sector that is responsible over time. For this, it is important to build lasting relationships with our suppliers in order to support them in reducing their environmental footprint.

7. Respecting the interests of consumers

Several actions are implemented:

- one lower incentive to consume.

8. Develop local and general interest
In 2022, Rzilient is committed to creating a carbon contribution project with Pur Projet. Far from the greenwashing that can surround the terms of “carbon compensation”, The aim of this “Here we sow” project is to allow the regeneration of forest ecosystems in France.
This year 2021 is only The start of a long adventure for the development of a sustainable and responsible digital sector. Despite the good points this year, we have theWilling to improve our approach to be 100% eco-responsible.
