2. Your employees are added and removed automatically as changes are made on Lucca ✅

The equipment should be enrolled in the MDM, On, plugged in and connected to the Internet, and the user session open if Mac is unlocked.

⚠️ Make sure no Apple ID is connected to avoid being blocked.

Points of attention

‍

🤷 Employees outside SIRH: Remember to continue to on/offboarding anyone who is not in Lucca, for example a freelancer or an intern.

‍

⏳ Synchronization: Lucca and Rzilient sync automatically every night. If you added or removed an employee on the same day, you can force synchronization by clicking the “Synchronize your fleet” button from the Employees or Fleet page so that the change appears on rzilient.
