How does Rzilient support Worldia in the growth of its IT infrastructure?
A tailor-made travel platform, the company, Worldia, allows you to create memorable itineraries.
Worldia is experiencing rapid growth and plans to internationalize on the American market. Their number of employees increased from 100 in January 2022 to 200 in January 2024.
To manage their growing and international IT infrastructure, they chose the rzilient solution.
Myriam Berthieu, Office Manager at Worldia,'s mission is to manage IT actions via the platform accompanied by her privileged contacts at Rzilient.
We asked him to share with us his impressions and experience since adopting our solution.
More and more complex IT asset management
A CTO in the face of computer troubleshooting
Christian Daguerre, CTO of this company, was faced with a continuous flow of requests for computer troubleshooting, with recurring messages such as:
My computer is running slowly, could you help me?
These tasks, although necessary, were time-consuming and diverted his attention from strategic missions requiring all his expertise.

An opaque computer park
Worldia lacked a centralized and real-time vision of its computer equipment due to the lack of a connected tool that facilitated monitoring.
With a growth in the number of employees and ongoing internationalization, it became imperative to increase visibility on inventory and employee assignments.
This was essential for reducing security risks and for making good decisions about managing and purchasing new IT hardware.
Taking control of computer equipment with Rzilient
Extensive support with their dedicated CSM
The Rzilient Customer Success team is actively working with Myriam to set up the platform, by regularly exchanging views at dedicated monitoring points with Bérénice, Head of Customer at rzilient.
Bérénice then personally accompanied Myriam in enrolling the entire fleet at the MDM.
Twenty computers were not enrolled and therefore could not benefit from updates, free software and the best protection. Enlisting these computers should be a priority and should be done as soon as possible.
This collaboration is proving to be fruitful, as the Worldia fleet enlistment campaign is coming to an end. This now gives the Office Manager a global vision of all Worldia's computers, via the inventory on the Rzilient platform. It can now anticipate the renewal of aging computers that would no longer be suitable for professional use and would cause productivity losses among employees.

Outsourcing IT support
Worldia employees no longer turn to their OEM or CTO for their IT problems, but go directly to Rzilient IT support.
Myriam can access all exchanges via the Rzilient platform. The support sends him a request if arbitration is needed, for example to decide on a computer renewal.

A platform that centralizes IT and HR data
Synchronizing human and IT resources, by associating each employee with their hardware and software, allows Worldia to know who has what and where.
As for the inventory view, it centralizes all the data concerning their computer equipment (information, invoice and condition of the machine).
Myriam and the CTO can now manage their fleet by making appropriate decisions.
Simplified equipment procurement
Thanks to the catalog available on the platform, procurement is much more fluid, no need to go through several service providers, Myriam only has to choose the desired equipment on the platform and order it in a few clicks.
For example, they were able to order and deliver to Germany in 1 click, 12 computers equipped with German keyboards.

Repurposing equipment at the end of its life
Worldia's computer hardware stock contains several dozen computers that no longer meet the needs of the company in view of their performance.
rzilient supports Worldia in decision-making and in the management of this aging fleet:
- Purchase or donation to an association of functional computers
- Recycling faulty computers

An OM and employees more than happy
Thanks to the use of the Rzilient platform, Myriam was able to streamline her schedule. In addition, by connecting Rzilient to its Lucca HRIS, she eliminated the double entry of onboarding and offboarding data.
Once the future collaborator's data is inserted into the Lucca database at the end of the recruitment process, it is automatically imported to Rzilient to prepare the IT environment.
This synergy between Rzilient and Lucca has significantly improved the onboarding process at Worldia, making it both more efficient and faster.
In addition, thanks to Rzilient, Myriam no longer has to worry or manually check whether an employee has deleted their data at the end of their contract. The platform automatically resets the computer remotely, saving it time, reducing its mental load, and increasing data security.
Employees now benefit from a smooth configuration of their IT equipment from their first day, ensuring a smooth transition and increased satisfaction upon arrival.
The “next steps” IT
Worldia plans to implement several projects with the help of rayilient for the first half of 2024.
- A change of identity provider for simplification and bug resolution
- More comprehensive fleet security through Jamf Protect
- A streamlining of IT support via a ticketing system on Slack with railing teams.
