When it arrived a year ago, PUR had around a hundred employees. With the expansion of the company to 200 employees spread across Africa, Latin America, Latin America, and Asia, the need for an impeccable organization and connected tools has become crucial.

Project 1: Enrollment of the entire computer park
Some employees used unenrolled computers, while others used operating systems that were not adapted to corporate policies. In addition, the lack of follow-up in the provision of efficient tools made management complex.
PUR simplified its enrollment process thanks to the support of the Rzilient team.
Now, when a new employee arrives at PUR:
- For French employees, their computer, out of stock or new, is already enrolled and ready to use.
- For employees abroad, their computer is purchased on site and an enrolment request is automatically sent upon arrival.
Project 2: Securing data and equipment
The second project with rzilient aimed to set up the security of the computer park using the remote management tool or Mobile Device Management (MDM). Initially, a minority of the equipment was enlisted. Now, thanks to a roadmap developed by Rzilient and the follow-up available on the platform, all PUR employees are now enrolled.
This MDM enrollment ensures the protection of PUR's fleet by offering remote antivirus installation, application access control and management, and the ability to remotely deactivate devices in case of loss or departure.
Thanks to rzilient, we were able to effectively secure our IT infrastructure, going from a small half of the equipment initially enrolled to a complete coverage of all PUR employees.

A platform at the service of IT performance
Basile considers Rzilient as an organizational tool that allows him to monitor his equipment, automate processes and develop communication with HR departments in all countries where PUR is located.
It is a tool that accompanies IT like the HRIS software for HR.

Thanks to the detailed inventory view, Basile saves time, thus avoiding asking colleagues to gather information on their computers. The PUR Helpdesk technician finds the information directly on the platform in real time and sorts it according to the type of information required. This allows him to focus on his core business.

The platform also gives him access to an on/offboarding calendar. Every day, Basile consults PUR's onboarding level to anticipate the necessary actions.
I use the platform every day, from morning to night. I always use it, in particular to be able to ensure the follow-up of enrolments and the proper functioning of my equipment.
IT support
For IT support, Basile allows his colleagues to contact Rzilient's support independently from an online chat.
However, if necessary, he himself makes contact directly with rayilient's support. This approach allows him to save time in his work.
Simplified procurement and sourcing of equipment
Basile uses the platform to order new computers as soon as his stock decreases. The platform offers access to the company's current stock and to a multi-supplier catalog from the onboarding process.

Project 2024: towards ISO 27001 certification?
In 2024, PUR's projects include updating operating systems on certain computers, systematizing hard drive encryption, and potentially obtaining ISO 27001 certification.
This would allow PUR to certify its resilience in the event of security problems, thus facilitating the acquisition of new customers and partners.
