With sustained growth, PlayPlay recruited between 10 and 20 people per month for an entire semester. During this intense period, Sofia and her predecessor were almost passing 70% of their time to work on:

• THEonboarding new employees : ensure that when a new employee arrives, a computer adapted to his profile and preconfigured according to his software needs is assigned to him.
