What to do in the event of a claim under a leasing contract with BNP Paribas?

In the event of a claim, the procedure to follow is as follows:

1. Notify BNP Paribas of the claim as soon as possible:

• Telephone: +33 1 41 97 22 22

• Email: assurance.service@fineasy.com

• Through the BNP Paribas client area

2. File a complaint within 48 hours following the disaster

You should forward the complaint to”assurance.service@fineasy.com” accompanied by This claim form.

⚠️ It is your responsibility to send this form to BNP Paribas. Likewise, you should notify Rzilient if a computer falls out of a contract (for example in case of theft) because it is a contract signed between your company and BNP and we are not kept informed of this information.

The insurance is taken at the same time as the rental rent.
