Order and delivery tracking

I want to remove an order from my validated orders. Is that possible?

For a user profile, the order must be approved by the platform manager.

If the order has already been approved by the manager, it can no longer be canceled from his administrator account.

In the event of an exceptional cancellation, we invite you to contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
