I placed an order but my invoice is still not showing up. What to do?

For all orders of computers, telephones or tablets, the invoice is issued upon receipt of the equipment.

This allows us to enter the serial number of the equipment on the invoice, and thus facilitate tracking.

The invoice is then available on the platform, on the “Orders” page, “Invoices” tab.
