You have two options at the end of a lease contract:

1. You want to renew:

The customer can keep his equipment or decide to change it.

‍

‍To change his equipment, the customer must notify the leaser and he can return his equipment or, if not, start a new contract.

‍

2. You want to stop:

‍

The customer must send a registered letter to BNP Paribas 3 months before the end of the contract.

‍

In return, BNP Paribas sends the procedure to be followed to return the equipment.

‍

If you want to end your contract before its due date you will need to:

‍

• Pay the sum of the remaining rent due

‍

• Pay a penalty of 10% of the amount due

‍

• Return all equipment to the leaser
