1. No need to perform employee on/offboarding manually 🚫

2. Your employees are added and deleted automatically as changes are made on HiBob ✅

3. A request to reset their equipment via MDM enrollment will be launched following their departure 🧹

The equipment should be enrolled in the MDM, On, plugged in and connected to the Internet, and the user session open if Mac is unlocked.

⚠️ Make sure no Apple ID is connected to avoid being blocked.

Points of attention

‍

🤷 Employees outside SIRH: Remember to continue to on/offboarding anyone who is not on HiBob, for example a freelancer or an intern.

‍

⏳ Synchronization: HiBob and Rzilient sync automatically every night. If you added or removed an employee on the same day, you can force synchronization by clicking the “Synchronize your fleet” button from the Employees or Fleet page so that the change appears on rzilient.
