Now, when a new collaborator joins Epigene Labs, pre-onboarding only takes Julien 15 minutes.

As for offboarding, Julien tells us this anecdote that happened before IT was managed by rzilient:
A collaborator had not properly unlocked her computer. Despite several attempts to unblock it, I had to call Apple Support, but I could not find the bill for them to solve my problem.
This type of problem can be frequent and can lead to considerable losses of time and money in the long run.
