Developed by the fintech Impak Analytics, the SaaS platform of the same name provides data on the social and environmental impact of its customers and their portfolios. It collects and contextualizes data to measure the impact of an investment portfolio for an asset manager, the impact of a corporate universe for a bank or the impact of a company itself. In short, its clients use impak to assess the financial, social and climate risks that could impact their projects and those resulting from their actions.
Thanks to Impak's CTO, Cédric de Saint Léger, who shared his feedback with us on the Rzilient platform.
What are their motivations for delegating the management of their IT fleet?

A big recruitment period
In 2022, Impak experienced a year of significant growth, leading to a considerable increase in its workforce. The company currently has 90 employees spread mainly in France and Canada.
However, this development has also posed challenges in terms of IT management.
We couldn't manage everything that was IT fleet management anymore, it required too much work and different suppliers.
Due to remote working and large waves of arrivals, fleet management and equipment procurement became difficult for impak to manage. To deal with this situation and avoid any disorganization, the company has set itself the goal of complying with ISO standards to ensure more fluid management of its growing workforce. 🎯
Thanks to this compliance, arrivals and departures within Impak are now managed more efficiently, allowing the company to maintain its expansion momentum while ensuring optimal management of its human and material resources.
A hybrid work organization
impak has opted for a hybrid work organization, which combines remote work with physical offices. Currently, the company has a dozen employees in France. Because this hybrid approach requires adapted resources, it has a MDM. Concretely, it allows centralized and secure management of the devices used by the staff, whether they work in the office or remotely.
Camille de Rzilient, in charge of the relationship with Impak, plays an essential role in providing rapid remote support to admins registered on the platform.
When it comes to IT support, impak delegated some tasks, including the remote support aspect. This means that IT issues and support requests are taken care of by a specialized team at rzilient, allowing staff to receive fast and effective support no matter where they work. 👌
The biggest asset is the MDM solution and the customer support from Rzilient. This allows us today not to need internal IT services to manage this part.
